Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished Life & Annuity Management Consulting Senior Manager to lead transformation programs that span business and technology across giants of the industry.

You will partner with senior client executives to shape agendas, mobilize large-scale programs, and drive measurable outcomes, integrating AI, operating models, and data-driven approaches with multidisciplinary teams and global delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting, carrier, or business and technology transformation experience, including experience within Life Insurance or Annuities.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise transformation, modernization, or platform-enabled change programs.
• 3+ years of experience advising senior business and technology stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and technology executives to define transformation objectives and priorities
• Shape the vision, value case, roadmap, governance, and mobilization approach
• Align business, operations, architecture, data, engineering, risk, change, and delivery teams
• Oversee operating model, workflow, digital core, data, and AI design
• Guide executive decisions by framing options, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
• Establish clear decisions, owners, sequencing, measures, and value-realization plans
• Lead client relationships, solution shaping, proposals, and expansion opportunities
• Lead and develop cross-functional consulting teams, maintaining accountability for quality and client impact
• Travel up to 80% based on client and project requirements
