Ignition Consultants is seeking an AI-native Growth Lead to design and run a scalable growth engine for our fractional CFO services. You will own pipeline, demand gen, partnerships, and AI-driven operations to outperform traditional growth plays.

As the first dedicated growth hire, you will shape strategy, leverage Cursor and Claude Code, and collaborate with leadership to drive revenue for growth-stage operators without outside capital.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in growth, GTM, or revenue leadership.
• Experience scaling growth functions or turning chaos into progress.
• Proven ability to use AI daily to accelerate results.

Responsibilities

• Build and run growth engines that translate direction into pipeline and revenue.
• Own pipeline & demand generation systems.
• Develop channel and strategic partnerships with external firms.
• Experiment, measure, and learn with clear theses.
