Job summary

DentalMonitoring is seeking an Integration Consultant to onboard new customers, train dental teams, and optimize workflows using our AI-enabled platform. You will act as a technical liaison, support implementation, and drive ongoing adoption across practices in Minnesota and nearby states.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthodontics, 3+ years in consultative roles, and a proven Salesforce expertise. The role involves significant travel and close collaboration with sales and customer success

Qualifications

5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
3+ years of consultative experience.
2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent).
Expert user of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Onboard new customers with custom workflows.
Train clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite.
Nurture existing customers to maximize benefits of the AI technology and dashboard.
Build strong relationships with customers to foster advocacy for the brand and products.
Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
Collaborate with regional sales managers, customer success, and sales teams to ensure great onboarding.
Travel up to 35% overnight for training and up to 70% in-person implementation in MN and neighboring states.
