Job summary

DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up in the orthodontics space, seeks an Integration Consultant to onboard offices, train clinicians, and drive adoption of its AI-driven platform. You will travel regionally and collaborate with sales, success, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth rollout.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong relationship management, and technical bridging between customers and the platform. A background in dental/orthodontic fields is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental and/or orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of consultative experience.
• 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent).
• Expert user of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows for offices.
• Train clinicians and dental teams on the Dental Monitoring suite.
• Nurture existing customers to maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships to ensure adoption and advocacy of the DM brand.
• Travel and co-present at local tradeshows; support regional teams.
