Job summary

DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up in Minnesota, seeks an Integration Consultant / Treatment Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant or Office Manager with 5+ years of orthodontic experience. You will onboard offices, train teams, and optimize workflows using our AI-driven platform, building strong customer relationships and acting as a technical bridge.

Expect travel up to 35% overnight and up to 70% in-person at customer sites across MN and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of consultative experience.
• 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent).
• Clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach.
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers.
• Enthusiastic, independent worker with strong communication and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Expert user of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to each office.
• Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the Dental Monitoring suite of solutions.
• Nurture existing customers to maximize the benefits of the AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships so customers continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the brand.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the Dental Monitoring platform.
• Support and attend local tradeshows.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and customer success to ensure the best onboarding experience.
• Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing hesitations about adopting disruptive technology.
• Travel up to 35% overnight and up to 70% in-person office implementation support (Minnesota, SD, NE, IA, WI).
• Serve as regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices.
• Share best practices with colleagues.
• Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams.

The Role

• Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office

• Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience

• Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and up to 70% in-person office implementation support (Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin)

You will be successful in this role if

• 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree
• 3+ years of consultative experience
• 2+ years of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience)
• A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience
• The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
• Enthusiastic, independent worker, critical thinker, excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Expert user of Salesforce

It would be fantastic if

• Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
