DentalMonitoring is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in Michigan and Western Indiana. You will prospect daily, present our AI-driven orthodontic care, and build strategic plans to exceed sales targets while managing key accounts and relationships.

This role requires adapting to a scale-up environment and travel up to 30%. Join a MedTech scale-up that supports thousands of doctors worldwide, using an AI-powered platform to optimize workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field or 5+ years of sales/business development experience (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar).
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive results independently.
• Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs; highly organized with interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly and have a car and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory (Michigan and Western Indiana).
• Understand the DM value proposition and how it can change orthodontic workflows.
• Partner with customers and KOLs to understand business objectives and issues.
• Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers.
• Drive local events, webinars, study clubs, and other initiatives to drive peer endorsement.
