Job summary

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field seeking an Integration Consultant / Treatment Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in Ohio. You will onboard new customers, train clinicians, and optimize workflows for offices using the DentalMonitoring suite.

The role requires 5+ years of dental/orthodontic experience and 3+ years of consultative work, plus Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or an equivalent degree.
  • 3+ years of consultative sales or advisory experience.
  • Experience with DentalMonitoring or similar platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management and relationship-building skills.
  • Native local language with strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and create custom workflows for each office.
  • Train clinicians and dental teams to use DentalMonitoring solutions.
  • Ensure customers maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboards.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage adoption and advocacy.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
  • Travel up to 35% overnight and up to 70% in-person for implementation.

If you are an Integration Consultant, Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Assistant, or Office Manager with 8–10 years of orthodontic experience, the following opportunity may interest you!

  • We provide a full ecosystem of support, including onboarding, training, and marketing tools, continuously redefining what’s possible in orthodontic care
The Role
  • Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
  • Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
  • Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
  • Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
  • Support and attend local trade shows
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
  • Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
  • Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and up to 70% in-person office implementation support ( Ohio / Pennsylvania )
  • Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
  • Share best practices with fellow colleagues
  • Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams
You will be successful in this role if
  • 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree
  • 3+ years of consultative experience
  • 2+ years amount of successful track record at Dental Monitoring (or equivalent experience)
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Consultative, training,and implementation experience
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Enthusiastic, independent worker, critical thinker, excellent communication and time management skills
  • Native Speaker of the local language and good level of English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Expert user of SalesForce
It would be fantastic if
  • Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
  • Knowledge of Gmail (including Google Suite/Google Docs), CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products
