Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to connect business stakeholders with technical execution teams and translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Oracle CPQ experience, strong SQL/PLSQL, and a collaborative, Agile mindset. The role emphasizes AI-driven productivity and end-to-end orderability enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL or scripting languages is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed Oracle CPQ specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, modeling, and test case generation.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with factory and supply chain teams to verify configuration rules.
• Design test plans and scripts to validate BOMs and configuration changes.
