Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and transform complex product requirements into robust configuration solutions within Oracle CPQ.

Ideal candidates will leverage modern AI tools like Google Gemini to streamline requirement drafting, testing, and workflow optimization, contributing to agile ERP/CRM implementations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to draft requirements and test scripts.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle CPQ and related Oracle ERP BOM/configuration models.
• Background in Telecommunications domain is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements; translate into detailed Oracle CPQ specs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation and testing.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to simplify BOMs and rule logic.
• Support SKU reduction and catalog simplification through analysis.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and validate outcomes.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders.
• Design test plans and scripts to verify BOMs and rule changes.
• Contribute to Agile team processes for ERP/CRM implementations.
