Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and transform product requirements into robust CPQ configurations while leveraging AI tools to draft requirements, test scripts, and process models.

In this role, you will ensure CPQ configurations are defect-free, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, and coordinate with factory and supply chain to enable smooth Sales Orders and

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Google Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft requirements and generate test scripts.
• Familiarity with Oracle CPQ ecosystem and ERP/CRM integrations.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define product scope and translate requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, process models, and test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations in CPQ are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic, and offering structures.
• Drive SKU reduction and catalog simplification.
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
• Participate in Agile team activities to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
