Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to translate complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations. You will partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to define scope and ensure orderability and QA across Oracle CPQ.

Experience with AI tools (Google Gemini, ChatGPT) to draft requirements, generate test scripts, and optimize workflows is preferred, along with SQL/PL-SQL skills and Oracle ecosystem familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Technical understanding with SQL/PL-SQL or scripting languages; experience with Oracle Enterprise Applications recommended.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and testing.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (Oracle ERP) and rule-based configuration models.

Responsabilités

• Gather and manage requirements; translate business needs into CPQ configurations.
• Leverage AI tools to draft documentation, model processes, and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free, orderable, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to simplify BOMs and rule logic.
• Support testing and validation post-development in an Agile environment.
