Magnite, the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform, seeks a Senior Technical Operations Manager for the DV+ platform. You will act as a key cross-functional partner across Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive resolution of complex tech escalations and improve operational efficiency.

This role requires strong SQL/Excel skills, data analysis, and a passion for AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical operations or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and workflow automation.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, applied to operations.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of technical escalations with organization and stakeholder communication.
• Query and analyze large datasets across multiple systems using SQL to identify trends and support decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to identify repeatable challenges, design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning platforms, systems, reporting pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Investigate ambiguous problems proactively, asking questions and driving issues to resolution with minimal oversight.
• Learn new platforms and concepts quickly while retaining operational knowledge.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, Account Management, and external partners.
