Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in senior engineering management.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams and own delivery and SDLC responsibilities.
• Align teams to business and strategic goals.
• Forecast resources to meet product release plans.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes and SLAs; drive best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor engineers and leaders.
• Inspire teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Provide team status and metrics to leadership.
