Job summary

Doodle Labs LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to drive cross-functional programs and design scalable processes in a fast-growing hardware company. You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency as we scale.

You will identify where AI can streamline workflows, help automate tools, standardize platforms, and support the operating cadence that keeps leadership informed on business health.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in operations, process improvement, or similar role.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; manage multiple initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive; solve problems independently.
• Excellent cross-team communication across engineering, sales, and ops.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI tools to improve team productivity.
• Standardize software stacks and platforms across teams.
• Maintain operating rhythm with weekly leadership updates.
• Execute supply chain optimization for critical hardware.
• Design and implement new processes with Engineering and Ops teams.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-functional projects.
• Support quarterly initiative roadmap execution.
