Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical operations or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong SQL and Excel for data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and applying them to workflows.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of technical escalations with high standards of organization and communication.
• Query and analyze large datasets across systems using SQL.
• Leverage AI tools to identify repeatable challenges, design scalable solutions, automate workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, and partners.
• Learn new platforms quickly and retain operational knowledge long-term.
• Drive issues to resolution with minimal oversight.
