Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking an Operations Manager in Austin to drive cross-functional programs and scalable processes that span Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will help identify where AI can improve how teams work and support adoption of new tools and processes, while ensuring alignment with leadership.

You’ll also contribute to automating and optimizing supply chain activities and help maintain an operating cadence that keeps the business running smoothly as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, process improvement, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning from senior leaders and taking on increasingly complex projects.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
• Skilled at communicating clearly across teams and departments.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation as levers for improving operations.
• Experience in defense, hardware, or supply chain‑heavy industries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support identification and implementation of AI tools and automation that help teams work more effectively.
• Assist with standardizing software stacks and platforms across teams, including supporting AI‑first operations (Claude, internal agents, automation).
• Help maintain the operating rhythm — including supporting weekly leadership updates — that keeps teams aligned.
• Execute on supply chain optimization projects to help keep mission‑critical hardware shipping on schedule.
• Support the design and implementation of new processes in partnership with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Collaborate across departments to execute on assigned cross‑functional projects.
• Support quarterly initiative roadmap execution and help deliver programs that improve how Doodle Labs operates.
