Job summary

PlayOn is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure powering its B2B demand engine. You will optimize lead management, campaign execution, reporting, and AI-enabled processes that drive pipeline growth and revenue.

You will partner across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Analytics to ensure data quality and governance while advancing AI-powered marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations or a related field.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and pipeline reporting.
• Proficiency in BI tools to build dashboards and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot or similar CRM/automation.
• Ability to drive business processes through automation and technology.
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI tools in marketing/ops.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable B2B marketing operations and dashboards.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize pipeline and campaign performance.
• Lead AI-powered workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Optimize marketing tech stack, including CRM and automation.
• Partner across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Analytics for data governance.
• Document and improve marketing processes for efficiency.
