Runlayer is seeking a versatile operator to own projects across finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and more. You will build internal processes and automate them on our platform.

You will identify growing pains before they occur, and work behind the scenes to fix them, supporting board prep and company reporting as needed. This role blends operations with strategic impact across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operating role at a high-growth startup.
• You use AI for everything.
• Organized and precise in all tasks.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and first-principles thinking.
• Low ego, high ownership; willing to tackle diverse, non-glamorous work.

Responsibilities

• Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and more.
• Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them.
• Identify growing pains and proactively fix them.
• Support board meeting prep and company reporting.
