- Direct experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in comparable roles.
- Track record of hiring, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Define the onboarding program for new engineers.
- Codify operational rigor to scale customer deployments.
- Develop best practices for enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on operational design.
