Mission Lane LLC is seeking an Operations Senior Manager, AI to own Mission Lane's AI operations agenda from strategy through execution in a newly created role reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations.

You will define an AI operations strategy, quantify problems, evaluate vendors, build business cases, and sequence work with Product, Engineering, vendors, and Operations. The role is remote within the United States and requires travel a few times per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of operations leadership, including contact center or customer operations.
• Strategy development with cross-functional results in ambiguous environments.
• Structured, data-driven problem solver.
• Ability to travel roughly four times a year for two to five days.

• Develop and deliver an AI operations strategy from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, vendors, and Operations to execute the plan.
• Establish governance and measure outcomes in cost, quality, and customer experience.
