Job summary

WON is seeking a leader to own client accounts end to end within its Operational Intelligence discipline. You will define direction, manage long-term engagements across customer experience, marketing operations, and forecasting, and drive value through continuous delivery and expansion.

You will work with a senior AI Practices Lead to scope business cases, measure outcomes, and ensure delivery meets client needs while maintaining profitability across accounts.

Qualifications

• Startup experience, built or operated, and real comfort creating the playbook while delivering the work.
• Client-facing experience with the maturity to lead an executive conversation and steer discussions back to the business problem.
• Deeply AI-native with hands-on experience using AI-enabled tools, products, or workflows you have built.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts end to end: be the primary contact, set direction, and let AI Practices Lead join when needed.
• Run programs as long-term engagements across multiple areas, expanding as the business needs evolve.
• Lead discovery by benchmarking business performance and staying embedded through recurring touchpoints.
