Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer interactions via phone and email onboarding small business owners.
• Own your ticket queue and pipeline management to drive opportunities.
• Proactively position plan upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities.
• Diagnose tax issues, navigate state portals, and ensure compliant setup.
• Configure policies for sick time, PTO, and overtime from day one.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams; provide AI-driven feedback to improve tools.
