Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-volume sales or customer service with cross-selling or quotas.
• Eager to learn tax codes, compliance, and payroll basics.
• Customer-obsessed, consultative approach to needs and outcomes.
• Driven to hit numbers and continuously improve.
• Experience using AI in daily work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer conversations by phone and email onboarding small business owners.
• Own your ticket queue and manage opportunities like a pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade plans and surface cross-sell opportunities.
• Diagnose tax discrepancies, troubleshoot state portals, and make compliance calls.
• Configure sick time, PTO, and overtime policies for compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk and other teams; use AI tools to streamline workflows.
