Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior leader to drive the MTA team, our go-forward ticketing platform, spanning Service Assurance and Global Field Services. You will champion AI initiatives, improve platform performance, and guide engineering across multiple domains.

Expected to lead with strong technical acumen, manage a diverse team, and communicate strategy to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring 7x24x365 support and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years related experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in IP, Transport, Access, and VoIP network design and operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MTA team as the go-forward ticketing platform owner.
• Identify and execute AI-driven initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-technology efforts for automation and network strategy.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and training for the team.
