Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams with tight milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Experience with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud).
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across the full lifecycle from Discovery to Value Realization and Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct cross-functional teams including Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners.
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and guide organizational change during migrations.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness and lead post-migration handoffs for lasting adoption.
