Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. You will own end-to-end delivery for fast-paced engagements transitioning enterprise customers to modern platforms like MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

As a hybrid leader—part Program Manager, part Engagement Lead, and part Business Analyst—you will drive governance, manage cross-functional pods, run executive governance, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM for enterprise SaaS transitions.
Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and tight milestone discipline.
Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
Experience orchestrating delivery alongside Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams.
Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems.
Practical experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and documentation.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners — keeping them unblocked and aligned on scope and delivery dates.
Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes.
Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
Personally lead discovery workshops and mapping requirements to standardized target platform patterns.
Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows.
