Lead workstreams and deliver end-to-end engagements with cross-functional teams across strategy, data, and technology. Reqs include 3-7 years in consulting or digital services, marketing transformation experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in consulting or digital services.
• Experience in marketing strategy or transformation within a consulting setting.
• Ability to lead workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end.
• Expertise in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Familiar with MarTech and customer data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing transformation engagements across defined workstreams.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, governance, and processes.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies: segmentation, personalization, lifecycle.
• Translate client challenges into analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Support MarTech initiatives (Salesforce, Adobe) and AI-enabled use cases.
• Collaborate with strategy, data, and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
