Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead to partner with the CMO and leadership, shaping the strategic agenda for a fast-moving marketing organization. You will design and own the operating system, planning cadence, and senior-level decision processes to accelerate impact.

You will drive annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, budgets, and headcount in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Ops, Sales, Product, and Strategy, delivering clear investment tradeoffs and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, or marketing/GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Strong AI-native operating mindset and experience applying AI to workflows.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing and GTM motions, with pipeline focus.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic agenda and priorities for the marketing function.
• Own annual and quarterly planning, OKR discipline, and budget/headcount planning.
• Design and run the operating system enabling speed, alignment, and accountability.
