HostGPO, Inc. is seeking a systems-minded marketer to own HubSpot and build AI-powered, scalable workflows. You’ll optimize data quality, automation, and analytics to grow acquisition, retention, and revenue. The role emphasizes agentic AI with Claude Cowork and hands-on marketing ops expertise.

Strong candidates will optimize CRM processes, design autonomous AI workflows, and improve ROI while collaborating across teams in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or CRM management.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, automation).
• Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork or comparable AI desktop/automation tools.
• Experience designing multi-step AI workflows that operate autonomously.
• Working knowledge of GA4, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and optimize workflows across lifecycle stages in HubSpot.
• Manage segmentation, automation, and campaign execution inside HubSpot.
• Maintain clean properties, data structure, and scalable CRM processes.
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate marketing tasks.
• Own marketing dashboards and reporting across HubSpot and GA4.
• Identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and propose data-driven improvements.
• Support paid media campaigns and ensure proper tracking.
• Organize marketing initiatives, timelines, and SOPs.
