Job summary

GAINS is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Atlanta (Hybrid) to own the marketing tech stack, manage HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and data hygiene. The role also covers Salesforce coordination, Google Ads management, and landing page optimization to improve conversion and reporting.

You'll build marketing automation, analyze engagement against ICP, and collaborate with RevOps and Sales Operations to ensure data consistency and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot and workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data flow (not admin).
• Proven ability to build landing pages and forms.
• Experience creating marketing automation and email programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, workflows, lists).
• Ensure clean lead flow between marketing and sales systems.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including budget and reporting.
• Build and optimize landing pages and campaign forms for conversions.
• Own KPI reporting and dashboards tracking ICP and engagement trends.
• Experiment with new channels and AI tools to improve reach and results.
• Assess and streamline marketing tools; manage vendor relationships.
