Job summary

WTW is transforming its Corporate Marketing with AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve content quality, and speed up campaigns. The role partners with Marketing, IT, Analytics and external vendors to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions within Adobe, Marketo, Sitecore and other tools.

The successful candidate will drive adoption through guidance, training materials, and measurable improvements in efficiency and decision-making across global teams.

Qualifications

• Marketing knowledge across brand, content, campaigns, and operations.
• Proven experience implementing AI/automation for marketing teams.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to raise quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with key MarTech tools and platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI roadmap into practical workflows for marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand content, campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to optimize workflows across platforms.
• Assess AI capabilities across the MarTech stack to improve planning decisions.
• Collaborate with the Shared AI Solutions Developer on builds.
