Job summary

MasterControl is seeking an Marketing Ops AI Engineer to design and implement AI-powered automation across the marketing technology stack. You will build data pipelines, AI scoring models, and LL-powered workflows to optimize lead lifecycle, MQL quality, and funnel performance.

This role requires experience with marketing automation platforms and a strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience required.
• 6-8 years in marketing, sales, or revenue operations or strategic GTM role.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms in marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered automation across the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Domo).
• Develop data pipelines and API integrations for real-time data flow between marketing and sales systems.
• Create and optimize predictive and rules-based scoring, ABM, and MQL workflows.
• Build LL-powered workflows, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool orchestration.
