Ziegler Inc. is seeking a Marketing Technology and AI Automation Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled marketing workflows across the organization.

This role will partner closely with Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Digital, Communications, IT, and business stakeholders to identify repetitive work, automate processes, and create scalable AI solutions that let marketers focus on strategy, customer engagement, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a marketing, analytics, IT, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in marketing operations, marketing tech, automation, CRM, or similar roles.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents and Copilot-based workflows for marketing processes.
• Develop agentic workflows for planning, content creation, segmentation, and reporting.
• Create marketing workbenches, knowledge libraries, and AI self-service tools.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, DAM, and websites.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive work via AI and automation.
• Support campaign execution with automated workflows, audience management, and lead routing.
