Responsibilities

• Administer and support Marketing Technology platforms, including CMS, CRM, and content tools.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with IT, vendors and stakeholders.
• Support marketing websites and digital properties, including analytics, metadata, and deployments.
• Manage CRM, DAM, and content syndication workflows (Syndigo, Bynder).
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and coordinate testing and QA.
• Monitor usage, performance and opportunities to improve adoption and processes.
• Coordinate vendors and agencies on milestones, dependencies and documentation.
• Support AI platforms, build automation workflows and provide user training.
