Job summary

Augment is seeking an Implementation Manager in the Chicago area to own the onboarding process for customers, while coaching a team of CSRs and driving AI-driven automation integration across brokerages, carriers, and 3PLs. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, translate workflow visions into executable tasks, and ensure rapid go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain and logistics software implementation, client delivery, and solution architect roles.
• 3+ years leading customer-facing teams, preferably in logistics tech startups.
• Experience with freight brokerage, 3PL operations, and transportation technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding execution for customers with meticulous project planning.
• Coach and develop a team of CSRs, ensuring smooth go-lives and hypercare.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to resolve escalations and optimize AI-driven workflows.
