Sifted Logistics Intelligence in the United States is seeking a Logistics Intelligence Manager to act as a strategic partner for enterprise parcel operations, driving onboarding and platform adoption to optimize client outcomes.

You will nurture long-term relationships with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion, while mentoring teammates and contributing to the evolution of our service model with AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years parcel industry experience.
• 3+ years parcel client experience ($5M+).
• 3+ years parcel pricing or parcel cost/spend management experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a direct customer-facing role (client success, account management, or similar).
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations to clients.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.
