Job summary

CloudCruise is hiring for a customer-automation specialist who will own customer implementations from discovery through production. You will build and configure customer workflows using CloudCruise, AI coding tools, and internal tooling, while maintaining production reliability and adapting to shifting requirements across multiple projects.

You should be exceptionally detail-oriented, strong with customers, and AI-native, with the ability to move quickly without losing track of details.

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and able to spot edge cases in complex workflows.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, with clear and organized interactions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-native: proficient with AI coding tools to accelerate automation development.
• Technically curious: eager to learn new software, debug issues, read logs, and work with structured data.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end-to-end from discovery to launch and production.
• Build automations using CloudCruise, AI tools, and internal tooling.
• Maintain production workflows, investigate failures, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Manage multiple implementations across several customers and projects concurrently.
• Shape the roadmap by communicating customer needs and recurring failure modes back to product.
