Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services, field, or commercial ops/transformation topics.
• Minimum of 5 years of strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams that help life sciences organizations make critical commercial decisions from asset launch to enterprise redesign.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including working sessions, feedback, and next steps.
• Coach analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs.
• Translate strategic recommendations into implications across operating model, process, governance, and technology.
• Shape value unlock opportunities and create concrete workplans and deliverables.
