Qualifications

• Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders and deliver with authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of executive-ready analyses.
• Experience with matter budgeting, AFAs, and negotiations with external law firms.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior legal leaders by translating performance insights into recommendations.
• Develop pricing strategies, matter budgets, and fee arrangements across portfolios.
• Lead negotiations with external law firms to align terms and staffing.
• Evaluate AI impact on pricing, profitability, and staffing to inform value frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools to improve forecasting and analytics.
• Collaborate on AI and legal tech initiatives across Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
• Provide training to strengthen pricing, scoping, budgeting, and matter analysis capabilities.
• Monitor pricing trends to improve governance and strategy.
• Align business goals with spend and measurable outcomes across initiatives.
• Manage multiple work streams with disciplined execution and stakeholder communication.
