Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning consulting, learning technology, learning architecture, workforce development, or related fields.
• Experience designing custom learning solutions for clients or stakeholders.
• Experience leading discovery conversations and requirements gathering efforts.
• Experience working directly with clients in a consultative capacity.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience contributing to project scoping, estimation, pricing, or solution definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery conversations to understand client goals, constraints, risks, and success criteria
• Gather and synthesize requirements to inform solution design
• Identify root causes and underlying business challenges
• Design learning solutions that align instructional, operational, and technical considerations
• Recommend appropriate learning modalities, technologies, and delivery approaches
• Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and executable
• Partner with Business Development to shape, scope, and help close learning solution opportunities
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, pricing discussions, and client presentations
• Help translate client challenges into clear, compelling, commercially viable solutions
• Contribute to project estimation, resource planning, and solution definition
• Participate in strategic conversations with prospective clients and stakeholders
• Lead or support discovery conversations to understand client goals, constraints, risks, and success criteria
• Gather and synthesize requirements to inform solution design
• Identify root causes and underlying business challenges
• Design learning solutions that align instructional, operational, and technical considerations
• Recommend appropriate learning modalities, technologies, and delivery approaches

• Design and test AI-enabled workflows that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Support adoption of approved AI tools and best practices across teams
• Help define Wisewire's approach to innovation and future-facing learning solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Advise clients and internal teams on learning technology ecosystems
• Evaluate LMS, LXP, AI, assessment, credentialing, and content technologies
• Recommend platforms and tools aligned to project and business goals
• Assess technical feasibility and implementation considerations
• Serve as a strategic advisor to project teams during implementation
• Review proposed solutions for instructional, operational, and technical feasibility
• Support teams in resolving complex project challenges
• Participate in project reviews and client discussions as needed
• Help ensure sold solutions can be successfully delivered
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
• Develop frameworks, templates, playbooks, and reusable assets
• Document best practices and lessons learned
• Support continuous improvement efforts across the organization
• Mentor team members on solution design, learning strategy, and emerging technologies
