Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related field.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering learning and performance solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to adapt learning for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including virtual learning facilitation.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across teams and levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with systems thinking, root cause analysis, and performance consulting methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and learner-centered manner.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through virtual and in-person training, workshops, and peer-led sessions.
• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and L&D teams to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that drive business results.
• Apply Practice Management expertise to create learning experiences that improve performance.
• Design learner-centered solutions using research, prototyping, and emerging technologies, including AI, to drive capability building and behavioral change.
• Develop multi-modal learning experiences that encourage adoption and enable learners to apply new skills in meaningful, performance-focused ways.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using feedback, insights, and performance data to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Lead collaborative design and validation sessions to ensure high-quality, scalable learning experiences.
• Stay current on industry trends, learning best practices, and evolving field needs.
