Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, design and maintenance of complex data pipelines, frameworks and dashboards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver high-impact insights.
• Champion AI and ML techniques to innovate reporting solutions and provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies informing strategic decisions.
• Establish data governance, integrity and quality standards across reporting solutions; mentor team members.
• Provide guidance and training on advanced reporting tools and AI technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools; research industry trends and roadmap.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to executives with compelling reports.
