Job summary

R Systems in the United States seeks a Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of IDW solutions with GenAI, AI/ML, and BI capabilities. You will lead data engineering, analytics, and semantic modeling, delivering scalable pipelines and AI-powered insights.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure performance, security, and governance, and work in a hybrid environment leveraging Snowflake, Redshift, Airflow, and dbt.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in data engineering or BI or data warehousing.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of 3+ members.
• Minimum 5 years with AI/ML or GenAI tech.
• Proven delivery of at least two production BI/data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of BI and data warehouse solutions.
• Architect AI/ML and GenAI powered analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop semantic models, dashboards, APIs and analytics products.
• Implement natural language to SQL using LLMs and manage governance.
