Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead to join our Client Services team. You will lead data visualization, dashboard delivery, and automation initiatives, partnering with IT and clients to deliver accurate reporting solutions.

The role requires 3+ years as a data analyst, strong SQL with Redshift or Tableau, and advanced Excel skills, along with the ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads improvements for data and automation for Tableau, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and other reporting & automation initiatives.
• Creates and maintains Tableau and Power BI dashboards, recurring and ad hoc reports, and reporting tools for internal and external clients.
• Incorporates automation to establish reliable reporting processes.
• Translates complex concepts with software/IT teams, clients, and vendors.
• Supports data warehouse & API connected solutions and governance standards.
