Job summary

EducationDynamics is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to design dynamic, AI-assisted dashboards that translate complex performance metrics into actionable insights. You will bridge cloud data architectures and executive strategy, enabling stakeholders to move from descriptive reports to predictive insights and strategic actions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BI, strong SQL, and expert-level Tableau/Power BI skills, with a focus on user-centric design and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in BI, data visualization, and quantitative analysis in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and elevate interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
Standardize reporting methodologies and KPI frameworks for near real-time analytics.
Query and analyze multi-source datasets with SQL to uncover trends and opportunities.
Provide diagnostic storytelling with interpretations, hypotheses, and recommendations.
Integrate AI-enabled workflows to speed up data exploration and insight generation.
Collaborate with BI, Data Eng, and business stakeholders to align analytical outputs with strategy.
