Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to craft AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences that align with workforce transformation and measurable business outcomes.

You will lead the design of adaptive journeys, performance support, and AI coaching, while coaching instructional designers and driving modernization across the learning organization. Strong analytics and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in HR Management or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelors Business Administration/Management required; 4-6 years experience in enterprise learning solutions.
• 1-3 years experience applying AI tools to learning design or content development preferred.
• Knowledge of modern LxD including digital, experiential, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Strong end-to-end learning design skills for role-based journeys and performance support.
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools to personalize and scale learning content.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Articulate, Vyond, Adobe or similar tools; Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive, AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Create adaptive learning journeys including performance support, AI coaching, copilots, simulations, and social learning.
• Apply learning science and human-centered design to maximize engagement and retention.
• Serve as an internal consultant and innovation leader to modernize learning practices.
• Lead workshops, design reviews, and learning labs to build team capability.
• Identify opportunities where AI accelerates content creation and learner support.
• Define success metrics and improve experiences via analytics and experimentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for responsible and effective use in learning design.
