Job summary

Elevate Technology Group in Manhattan, NY is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to join its internal IT team. This hands-on role provides user-level and device support across Microsoft 365 and internal systems.

You will resolve day-to-day technical issues, manage user accounts and devices, and support onboarding/offboarding while enabling employees with the tools they need to work effectively. Exposure to AI and automation initiatives is included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk/desktop support.
• Hands-on support for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Windows/macOS devices and AD/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the business
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
• Support Windows and macOS laptops and devices
• Assist with device deployment and management
• Onboard/offboard employees, devices and licenses
• Maintain IT documentation and user guides
• Assist AI tool usage (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
• Collaborate with Data & AI Engineering on automation
