Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking an IT Support & Training Specialist to deliver day-to-day technical support across core systems and devices, and to provide hands-on training for employees on technology and company-approved AI tools.

You will triage IT requests, manage Active Directory accounts for new hires, and administer Microsoft 365 permissions, with travel to other locations for in-person training as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS) in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, and triage, IT support requests, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory: provisioning, changes, deprovisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and SharePoint.
• Provide hardware/software support for laptops/desktops and mobile devices.
