Ridgeline in New York, NY seeks an Enterprise Technology Services Specialist to deliver secure, user-centered tech services and resolve complex IT issues while building automations with AI tools, aligning with security and privacy standards.

You will manage endpoints, onboarding/offboarding, and automation across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, Atlassian, and Microsoft; deploy Macs via Jamf; monitor queues and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT operations, service desk, or endpoint management experience.
• Hands-on macOS and Jamf administration experience.
• Experience with identity management concepts and security settings.
• Experience using AI in a support environment with judgment for outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT service management across software, licensing, endpoints, identity.
• Escalation point for deeper investigations and security detections.
• Onboard/offboard and manage accounts across Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Box, Atlassian, Microsoft.
• Deploy and maintain Macs via Jamf; support CrowdStrike and Zero Trust.
• Build automations using Jira, Okta, REST, APIs; script in Python/JS.
• Apply AI tools to triage, troubleshoot, document, and script generation.
• Transform recurring issues into automations and self-service resources.
• Monitor queues, identify issues, communicate risks early.
• Manage inventory purchasing and contribute to security readiness.
• Mentor junior teammates and promote AI-assisted workflows.
• Support Zoom Rooms and office networks with Security collaboration.
