Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in the United States seeks a senior Business Analyst/Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end requirements for complex AI initiatives. You will partner with data scientists, translate model outputs into business terms, and ensure traceability from objective to feature.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, align multiple stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while shaping risk-aware, data-driven decisions that move strategic roadmaps forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced analytics and governance exposure.
• Experience in AI/ML project delivery and enabling business adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end across the PDLC/SDLC in an agile setting.
• Drive AI/ML use case definition with data scientists and engineers.
• Evaluate model outputs for bias, explainability, and business fit.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and mitigate delivery and technology risk with leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and translate technical details for execs.
